Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on pluune.com. For information about subscription commitments, cancellation, and the Satisfaction Guarantee, please refer to our Subscription Policy.


60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return, your Pluune product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@pluune.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


Opened & Used Products

Because Pluune is a topical skincare product, we understand that you need to use it to evaluate it. Opened and used products are not eligible for standard return — however, if you have used the product and are not satisfied with your results, you may be eligible for a refund through our Satisfaction Guarantee (see our Subscription Policy for full details).

The Satisfaction Guarantee requires a minimum of 60 consecutive days of use as directed, must be claimed within 90 days of delivery, and applies to first subscription orders only. This ensures you give the product a fair chance — scar recovery with medical-grade silicone takes time, and we want you to see what Pluune can actually do for you before deciding.


Adverse Reactions & Allergies

If you experience an allergic reaction or skin irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact us at contact@pluune.com. To process an allergy-related refund, we require before-and-after photos clearly showing the reaction. Allergy claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not subject to the 60-day usage requirement. Your wellbeing is our priority — please do not continue using any product that causes irritation.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@pluune.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Please reach out as soon as possible — claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery may not be honored.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return your original order following the process above, and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (for standard returns) or review your claim (for Satisfaction Guarantee or allergy claims), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at contact@pluune.com.


Returns on Subscription Shipments

If you receive a shipment through your subscription and wish to return it unopened and unused, the standard 60-day return window applies to that individual order.

Returning a product does not cancel your subscription. Your subscription remains active and future billing cycles will proceed as scheduled. To cancel your subscription, you must do so separately through your account dashboard or by contacting us, subject to the terms of our Subscription Policy including the Minimum Commitment Period.


European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@pluune.com within the 14-day period.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
